How do I place an order?
Browse through the available products on our website and click ADD TO CART on the item you would like to purchase. Once you are ready to complete your order, proceed to CHECKOUT.

Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not have a physical store under our brand name. However, our products are available at Rustans Department Store.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments made by debit/credit card via PayPal and bank deposit/online fund transfer via BDO and Dragonpay.
How do you ship orders?
We ship orders through our partner couriers, and offer free shipping fee for deliveries within the Philippines. Once order is processed for delivery, one of our associates will reach out to confirm details.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Please expect delivery within 3-5 working days for Metro Manila orders and 7-10 days for provincial orders.
NOTE: In light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine due to COVID-19, order fulfillment and delivery will be on hold until further notice. However, you may continue to place your order to reserve an item, and we will process this as soon as regular operations resume.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receipt of goods. Kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report any defective or damaged item.
Is there warranty?
We provide 1-year warranty against manufacturer defect.
